I am a passionate storyteller operating at the intersection of strategic messaging and narrative integrity. With more than a decade of experience, I have found that whether I am navigating corporate health care initiatives or polishing a novel, the mission remains the same: telling impactful stories that make a difference.

As a senior communications advisor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, I translate complex health initiatives into meaningful narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders. My background in the nonprofit sector has instilled in me a deep commitment to using communication as a tool for advocacy and elevating the voices of those most in need.

Beyond my corporate work, I am the owner and founder of jgfairytales Freelance Services. Operating part-time, I partner with emerging and self-publishing international authors to refine fiction and poetry manuscripts.

I hold a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from SUNY Plattsburgh. My dedication to storytelling extends into my personal time, where I write fiction and volunteer for causes involving youth and animal welfare, political advocacy, and public relations.
